Sketchcast Episode 5- Dungeons and Dragons

So, this is awkward.

It's been...what...two months?

Anyway, this is a podcast from the beginning of April. We have a kind of backlog of podcasts, but they are less quality than they should be, to put in nicely.

We will probably put all the crappy ones into one giant mega-podcast, with the highlights of each of the crappy ones.

We will be putting up more soon, getting back into the swing of things. Until then, enjoy this podcast, email us as thesketchcast@gmail.com, follow us on twitter even though we probably won't tweet anything @RealSketchcast, and don't forget to leave a review on iTunes.

Sketchcast Episode 3- TEAse Teas Found!

In this episode, we FOUND TEAse TEAS! We had to drive 20 minutes away to this weird grocery store. But we found it. That's pretty much all this podcast is about. Ian thought he found it a couple weeks ago, but he actually found TEAS' Tea. See the pictures below. I guess that's dyslexia for you.

We also do our Fight The Man List and some weird stuff that Eamon has said. All this and more, on....The Sketchcast!!!!

And Now For Some Pictures:

This is our TEAse Teas and microphone-wallet-cup setup. There's also some pizza in the background and a crusty, dusty, and all kinds of musty plate in the background.

This is TEAS' Tea compared to TEAse Tea. Which has a better bottle, you ask? Leave a comment! But we can tell you firsthand that TEAse Teas is better tasting. Hand's down. Like, there's no contest whatsoever. Maybe if you're a weird hippy who only drinks straight tea for days, then you'd like TEAS' TEA. But really, no one should. Buy TEAse Teas, not TEAS' Tea.

Sketchcast Episode 2- Kool-Aid Pickles, Frog CPR, and Wiggy Waggy Dogs

In this second episode of the Sketchcast, we continue the search for TEAse Teas, try out Ian's Kool-Aid pickles, listen to Eamon's lifeguard stories, and have an exclusive interview with musician Buddy Kohn. All this and more on....The Sketchcast!

The fruit punch or possibly strawberry Kool-Aid pickle is on the right, the grape Kool-Aid pickle (also known as the Black Death) is on the left.
The grape Kool-Aid-and-pickle-juice concoction.

Sketchcast Xtra: Our 7/11 Adventure

This podcast, though longer than Episode 1, is actually shorter than the ultimate longer form podcasts we want to create. Thus, this will be called a Sketchcast Xtra- it is a shorter podcast just highlighting a specific topic. It doesn't have the usual group of Sketchcast members, but our friend Jason guest-starred in this one. Future Sketchcast Xtras may have the usual group or a different group.

Once upon a time, when at a popular fast food restaurant in town, Ian saw a certain van. This van was rather interesting, and later Ian could only describe it as, "That van....was a van." So he interviewed the owner and thus was the first page in book of the 7/11 Adventure.

Sketchcast Episode 1- Pupils, Off-Brand Frosted Flakes, and Achilles Tendons

On this first episode of the Sketchcast, we introduce ourselves, talk a little on what the podcast will be about, and then talk about the anatomy of the eye, how fiberglass gives you horrible splinters, the fact that Eamon's a lifeguard, and much more.

This is our microphone setup. It is a microphone in a cup, with a wallet to stabilize it. This is the best definition of "sketchy" we can give you. This setup will hopefully be improved over time, so listen to our podcasts so eventually we can get some money and better equipment.
